I am pleased to announce the expansion of operations to Gallatin County.

October 2026 marks the fifth anniversary of conducting aviation medical examinations in Billings, MT. During this period, I have had the privilege of meeting and certifying over 600 pilots, as well as processing thousands of MedXPress applications. I have welcomed aviators from across the United States and even some from Canada. It has been both an honor and a pleasure to contribute to the journeys of aspiring pilots obtaining their initial medical examinations, as well as experienced pilots receiving their final required commercial medical certificates. Most importantly, I have cherished the opportunity to tell flying stories and form lasting friendships with fellow enthusiasts.

Moving forward, I intend to establish a comparable positive impact for the pilots of Gallatin County. I plan to continue the same business model, including a comfortable and convenient office at the airfield, a direct line of communication from pilot to examiner, and a personalized approach to helping each applicant achieve the level of medical certification they desire.

In conclusion, I want to express my gratitude to all current and future clients for trusting me with a crucial aspect of their hobby or career. The journey to obtaining medical certification is filled with challenges that many may not foresee. As a pilot, I understand these difficulties. Navigating complex requirements and managing emotional burdens can be daunting. I am here to provide support and guidance every step of the way, ensuring you feel informed and confident as we work together to get your medical certificate. Your trust means everything, and I am dedicated to easing the pressures of this journey, allowing you to focus on your passion.

With gratitude,

Doc Hartman
