I'm Still in Business (and busier than ever)

I recently experienced a significant technology malfunction resulting in substantial confusion and inconvenience for my established and new pilots.
I was recently out of the office for nearly three weeks on a belated honeymoon. Knowing that my absence could be problematic for pilots who trust me to get their medicals done in the month they are due, I spent several days reaching out to my established pilots and working after hours to get their medicals done prior to my departure. Additionally, I recorded a voicemail box greeting that explained how long I would be out of town, my availability upon return, and my email address if they needed more urgent assistance. Unfortunately, my cell phone carrier decided to "upgrade" my voicemail service, which deleted this notification, resulting in an error message stating that my voicemail box has "not been set up."
Obviously, this was cause for concern as pilots continued to call me for appointments and questions regarding their airman medical certificates. Many were left wondering if I was out of business and needed to find a new AME. As a pilot myself, I can certainly understand the panic that comes from worrying about getting your medical done with yet another new AME.
All that being said, I wanted to let everyone know that I understand and apologize for this inconvenience. I am still in business and continue to get busier and busier as more pilots trust me to do their medicals. I am so thankful for the privilege of taking care of the aviation community in this unique way, and I have no plans to slow down.
Moving forward, I want to give everyone my email address so they have a backup if/when the phones go down again. Please continue to call first, text second, and then email if all else fails. If you have tried to reach me and couldn't or left me a message but have yet to hear back, please don't hesitate to reach out again.
