  • Use of Data: Collected information is used strictly to respond to inquiries, facilitate appointment scheduling, and communicate logistical updates.

  • No Third-Party Sale: We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties. Data is shared only with trusted service providers necessary to operate this website or as required by law.

2. No Doctor-Patient or AME-Applicant Relationship

Browsing this website, submitting online forms, sending electronic messages, or requesting an appointment through this site does not establish a doctor-patient, physician-patient, or Aviation Medical Examiner (AME)-applicant relationship.

3. FAA MedXPress & Official Certification Disclaimer

Submitting inquiries or scheduling requests through this website does not constitute or replace an official FAA MedXPress application (FAA Form 8500-8). All airmen must complete their official MedXPress application prior to their examination as required by Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations. Any official medical examination data or certification records generated during an in-person flight physical are submitted directly to the FAA Airman Medical Certification System (AMCS) and are governed by FAA regulations and the Privacy Act of 1974.

4. No Guarantee of FAA Medical Certification

Aeromedical evaluations, consultations, and flight physical examinations are performed strictly in accordance with FAA regulations, clinical guidelines, and 14 CFR Part 67 standards. Use of this website, consultation services, or examination by the Aviation Medical Examiner does not guarantee FAA medical certificate issuance, renewal, deferral outcome, or Special Issuance authorization. Final decision-making authority regarding airman medical qualification rests with the FAA Aerospace Medical Certification Division (AMCD) or the Federal Air Surgeon.
